Through comprehensive Discovery and Define phases, the team firstly designed a user experience that would achieve our objectives before examining the technology choices available to us. After careful consideration, the Episerver platform was selected due to it's ability to futureproof Towry's ambitions and support the day-to-day team's requirements. We worked closely with Towry's internal teams to create a content strategy that was aligned with the site's role in the overarching digital strategy, and ambitions to increase visibility and reach of the brand.
Ensuring the platform was ready for the internal teams to manage, we configured dynamic personalisation, on-page analytics for performance reporting against defined KPIs, and set-up the technical infrastructure required to lay the path for our future plans for integrations and development.
The site was handed over to Towry for day to day management, and we continue to develop the capabilities of the platform in-line with Towry's overall business and marketing ambitions.
