The Brief

Metal ceiling and architectural metalwork manufacturer, SAS International, engaged our agency to deliver them a solution that position them digitally as the leading building manufacturer that they are. We were required to deliver a solution for today but with an eye on their future requirements and ambitions.

The Work

During planning phases, we worked with SAS International to not only create an engaging user experience but also to create a compelling online identity, which had not previously been in place. Following this, we worked with key stakeholders to identify their key requirements for a platform going forward. They wanted to run targeted campaigns, personalising content by not only user behaviour but by region, product catalogue and seasonal campaigns. Managing different product catalogues across each region easily, quickly and removing the risk of human error was a key priority.

Taking these requirements, amongst others, into account, we were confident in recommeding the Episerver platform. Specifically to manage the product catalogues, we designed and developed a product data import process to support easy data management.

Thinking about creating an interactive hub, content development was a key stream of activity throughout the project, as well ensuring content (videos, system drawings etc.) could be easily shared, edited and launched. 

We wrapped all activity in a measurement framework, and report against successes on a regular basis.
