Account Manager

We're looking for a bright, switched on Account Manager with a passion for all things digital. 

You will be a part of an established Account Management function within a flourishing digital agency. You will manage key client accounts and develop & maintain long-term relationships. You'll do this through the strategic application, production and delivery of creative digital marketing plans. 

You'll have at least two years experience in a digital or integrated environment (either agency or client-side), an understanding of digital marketing principles, channels, processes and the importance of delivering results. 

You are a self-starter who is motivated, driven by results and able to work on your own initiative. Your written and verbal skills will be excellent, and a bit of pressure will be nothing to you!

It would be great if you've used Synergist before, and have had a play around in CMS platforms such as Umbraco, Episerver and Sitecore. However, these things aren't essential - we can show you these.

Business Development Manager

We are looking for an experienced, confident and commercially-minded Business Development Manager. Your role will be a crucial one within the agency, reporting directly to the Managing Director.

You'll be responsible for owning, executing and succeeding against the agency's annual sales strategy as well as leading on all competitive pitches. You'll be able to work on a high-level of autonomy but able & willing to lead a pitch team when necessary.

You'll be proven in your existing sales-based role, with a minimum of 3-4 years experience of selling digital services. 

This is a role that carries a competitve basic salary with a generous commission scheme.

UX Designer

This is an ideal opportunity for an experienced individual to gain further exposure to large digital products and services that are potentially used by millions everyday. The ideal candidate will have a degree in design or similar, have a love of the web and its possibilities, a passion for design and its history and an understanding of how form and function work together. You will proactively seek new learning opportunities and welcome criticism of your work.

You'll actively look for opportunities to contribute to the development and enhancement of our clients' products as well as partnering with colleagues to facilitate a consistent user experience service level. 

Working as a part of a multi-disciplinary team to design user focussed and successful products & services, you’ll be an effective decision maker, using a range of analytical and qualitative skills to feed your actions. You’ll be confident at leading when necessary, but also working as part of a wider team in a collaborative fashion.

Your outputs will be the result of a range of skills from sketching and paper prototyping through to use of Sketch, Axure and, ideally, HTML & CSS (not essential).

In return for all this, through our work with HM Government for, we’ll provide you with some of the most interesting and fascinating work that has the potential to impact nearly every citizen of the UK. Not to mention the private sector work creating experience designs that deliver measurable business impact.

Marketing Communications Manager

We are on the lookout for a talented MarComms Manager who wants to make a function their own, adopt the Creative Jar brand as their own and bring our marketing & communications to life. 

With a close working relationship with the Business Development Manager, you'll own and develop a successful lead generating and lead nurturing programme. You'll lead on all communications to our existing clients as well as prospects. Taking ownership of our social media channels, you'll use these to increase awareness of the Creative Jar brand and service offering, as well as engaging influencers. 

Reporting directly into the Board of Directors, this is a role for someone who is ambitious and driven, ready to take that next step up.
