Case Study

Requirement:

Hot House are agents to an elite group of film and TV composers attributed with just about every Hollywood film produced. Hot House required something special for their brochure website and approached Creative Jar to enter into a paid pitch. Once secured, our proposition was to develop a highly interactive website with rich animation and full use of Flash and audio streaming.

Creative:

With such a detailed creative put forward up front, the final solution didn't deviate too much from this. A retro illustrative approach and intelligent 'play's' on the Hot House brand made for a visually interesting experience. 3D models of retro audio equipment were produced in swift 3D and animated in Flash for that uber-cool feel. The attention to detail was worth all the hard work that went into making this site such a showpiece.

Technical:

Although built as a Flash website a content management system (CMS) was required for rapid updates to composer pages and press releases. Using XML, the CMS updates the text content within the Flash movie and publishes to live.
